		<description>Excellent piece!  I am so tired of people talking as though just giving everyone insurance will solve America&#039;s healthcare problems.  Insurance doesn&#039;t help you if your community has no grocery stores, if there is no clinic, if the streets aren&#039;t safe, etc.

Prevention is a much more holistic approach to health and one that I sincerely hope is in whatever bill comes out of Congress.</description>
